[YouTube] Keyboard shortcuts do not work after clicking inside the player

[Affected versions]:

• Firefox 52.0 and up
• Min-Vid 0.3.4-dev (built on 4/18/2017)

[Affected Platforms]:

• All Windows
• All Mac
• All Linux

[Prerequisites]:

• Latest Min-Vid add-on was previously installed on a clean profile.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites and navigate to www.youtube.com.
2. Send a video/song to Min Vid and mute the player.
3. Click inside the player and press the "M" key or the "Space" bar.
4. Observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• If the "M" key is pressed the audio is muted and if the "Space" bar is pressed, playback is paused.

[Actual result]:

• Min Vid does not respond to the keyboard shortcuts.

[Notes]:

• With #747 fixed we have un-earthed a behavior which, I think, was always present.
• The issue is not reproducible on Vimeo and SoundCloud.
• Keyboard shortcuts do work after clicking on the player controls.

I know this one is from awhile ago but, keyboard shortcuts still don't work, specifically the arrow keys for volume +/- and 5 second FF and rewind which I found very useful in previous versions.

Due to the shortcuts not working it hinders how I use YouTube and thus I am not able to continue using this addon. I would certainly try it again if this was addressed.

@meandavejustice can we do something about this on the next version after we release the webextension one? Some basic keyboard shortcuts like fast forwarding / rewind and volume up / down would be really nice to have...
