Different video is being played in certain channels

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-CBSBRP82j2t5PQ3M33CVw when i click some videos in this channels different videos are played screenshot from 2017-09-29 07-11-05

I clicked a video called "choose independent-choose firefox" which is a 30s video but a video of 2.45min is being played.

This issue looks a lot like #1075 Can you please provide us more details such as what Firefox version you have installed, operating system and other add-ons you may have installed (besides Min Vid)?

I was able to reproduce a similar behavior following the next steps to reproduce:

  1. I sent to the mini player a video in order to place it as low as I could on the screen (because of issue https://github.com/meandavejustice/min-vid/issues/842)
  2. After that, I also sent a Playlist to the mini player and clicked on the second option (play the entire Playlist)
  3. Next, I navigated to another page and sent a Playlist again to the mini player.
  • Expected results: The second playlist (the one sent at step 3) should have been displayed in the overlay.
  • Actual results: A different Playlist was displayed in the overlay.

Must mention that if the Playlists are sent to the mini player from the same webpage, they are correctly displayed in the overlay. In order to reproduce this issue, you have to navigate and use Playlists from different webpages. Please see the screencast below for more details.

I was able to reproduce this issue when adding videos to the up next. It would add the wrong videos.

I believe that it may have something to do with youtube's page loading method (It doesn't reload the page when changing videos). If this is true, then the issue would be caused by the link that the "add to playlist" button sends to the main program not updating when you change the page.
