It took me a while to figure out where the tools/libraries should go (it wasn't working when I put them into my Documents/Arduino folder), so this should help other people use the correct directories.

Additionally, there's a permissions issue since the esptool Python script seems to generate invalid folder and file permissions when it downloads the esptools.exe file on Windows.

BTW with latest Arduino IDEs I am able to install to Documents/Arduino/hardware and Documents/Arduino/Libraries, which is way more easy to find and access. I wonder if instructions should change.

I tried that too, but it didn't work, I'll try again tonight. I have the latest Arduino IDE. My guess is that it's not looking into that folder on my machine, for some reason.
