Images won't load randomly

We are having an issue with the ESP32 S3 running in AP mode. When loading the webpage, on occasion random images/icons won't load. The webpage will have a spinning icon where the image should be and it will remain that way until the page is refreshed. Curious if this is a bug or if others have ran into this issue before.
