Spammed with tweets from a repo that has nothing inside

That account is nice, but it would be nicer if it doesn't spam something like this:

either,

1. you need to throttle once a day for the same repository,
2. only post the latest (all of their releases 1.188-1.197 are exactly delivered on the same day: 23rd march)
3. or check for the repository's quality (it don't even have a proper readme or proper description)
