Twitter integration : Embed medias

Currently twitter picutres/videos appear like that in tweets Make it so that in twitter.js you parse html given by twitter in the response to embed the media The result should look like this : image

pic.twitter.com does not seem like a way to embed medias easily, this will need another solution
