`-rh` doesn't go through hidden folders

I don't know if the tool is still supported/maintained but I noticed an issue using -rh, It doesn't go through "hidden" folders.

I have some folders ./.gitlab/* for gitlab ci (don't ask me why the folder is "hidden", I don't know) and the files inside are not converted.
