Add MD format

Hello! I think this is a really cool project! I do think that, to enhance it, there could be ones embeddable into github md files. I am not sure if github has made those buttons (I think they already made them, but I like the look of these ones), but I think that would be an enhancement worth keeping an eye on @mdo
