Proposal: Make the "Animation type" key link to "Animatable CSS properties" (CSSInfo macro)

Summary

This issue proposes to make the "Animation type" key in the "Formal definition" table for every CSS property link to Animatable CSS proprties, where standard animation types are now explained.
