Improve discoverability of mobile locale switcher

There are no methods of swithcing language.

Please make one.

Maybe like an option selecting languages and moving to that language docs.

Here, language as in ko, en, fr.

Huh. Did not know that. Maybe people who are first visiting mdn docs might have some problem finding the language switch feature.
