zh-cn: update glossary/attribute

Description

  1. title 属性 => 标签属性
    1. 术语全文描述的都是 HTML/XML 标签的 Attribute，而非其他属性如 JavaScript 的 Property
    2. zh-tw 译名即为标签属性
  2. distinguish 标签属性-接口属性
