Change Log of doc additions
Summary A central place listing new documents covering new features in CSS, HTML, etc.
Audience Everybody who doesn't want to follow the mailing list, chat rooms, official doc specs, etc.
Rationale Editors posting new pages on a new item in a standard can get a simple CHECKBOX indicating this should change be listed in the news. With a simple policy of "When somebody implements" or similar line so every experimental doc doesn't get listed in the news. Or maybe you want that?
We all have too much going on to be digging to find out about this new stuff all the time. Certainly not more emails... Web Developers won't be interested unless SOME browser implements it so I think that should be the threshold for listing in what is basically a database table... timestamp, url to document, title of doc. When it gets too large, dump the old entries to a text file archive or delete it.
