Show a more user-friendly error for missing examples

Currently, when an example is missing, the iframe container winds up with very user-unfriendly and potentially confusing contents:

Instead, we should show an explanation with links to information about contributing interactive-examples and other links that will help the user quickly get going on contributing the example if they wish to do so.
