Production site should use custom 500 page

The CDN-served production site uses the correct custom 404 page (see here but the a server error / HTTP 500 does not, and only renders the basic "Internal Server Error" page.

Given we have a custom 500 page (similar to the 400 page - see it on dev here) we might as well make use of it.
