Design refresh -CSS: mid-size breakpoint may need better support

Althought the new design is using Mozilla Protocol, it's possible that we could do some extra work to make the mid-size breakpoint reflow the site better.

(This is something that's best demonstrated over a screen share, but the most obvious situation is where there are three items in a single row.)

Mozilla.org has, I am inferring, had some extra/custom layout work done to make for a very slick mid-size viewpoint experience, while some other Mozilla sites have not and behave the same as this new Developer Portal redesign is doing, so it's down to the team/PO to decide whether we put the extra level of gloss on now, or later (or accept it as it is).

I'd say to icebox this for now. Not for never, but there are higher priority things.
