Added the term 'Nonce' to the glossary
Motivation
The glossary currently lacks a definition for nonce, despite the term being widely used in cryptography, web security, and related MDN documentation (for example, in Content Security Policy and TLS contexts). Adding this entry helps readers quickly understand the concept without needing to leave MDN, improves consistency across security-related docs, and provides a reliable reference for a term that frequently appears in modern web development and security discussions.
