Fix #29082 Adds a Warning about problems with playback for Ogg Opus files on Firefox Linux 64 bit

Motivation

Fixes an open issue. Now people trying to play long Ogg files on Firefox will be aware of the probelm when reading the docs.

Thanks a lot for the submission. Usually this information is contained in a Browser Compat table that's maintained in a separate repository, but it's hand-written on this page, so I would add for now and incorporate the data in a different way if this page sees a major revision in future.

Not touched by this PR: this page could do with some extra attention, in general. There are references to Firefox 3.5 and some other hints that there is outdated info.
