Safari on IOS does not support the CSS resize property

You can see that this is an error by viewing the MDN web page on CSS resize on an iPhone or iPad and trying the examples.

caniuse reports that Safari on IOS has never supported the CSS resize property.

This is a copy of issue #23258, which was closed by a bot because I forgot to set the title to something sensible (mea culpa). I'm opening a new issue because I don't see any way of reopening the old one, but if I've missed something please let me know how I should have handled it.
