Update Chrome Android data for ScreenDetailed API

This PR updates and corrects version values for Chrome Android for the ScreenDetailed API. The data comes from the mdn-bcd-collector project (v10.7.1).

The window.getScreenDetails() API entrypoint (and permission) is not implemented on Chrome for Android right now. Perhaps the IDL for ScreenDetailed (etc?) is defined in those builds, but "version_added": false seems more accurate?
