Summary

the attributionSourceId property can also be used as a html attribute

using data from api.HTMLAnchorElement.attributionSourceId and assume its data is correct, see #17650

We're not sure if we want to keep this data in BCD yet and are discussing potential removal in https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/pull/21194. Marking as "not ready".
