Why the fork?

I wanted the most recent stable RVM. At the time of this fork, it was 1.13.8. Once I attempted an rpmbuild with that tar, I found that 1.13.8 created a /usr/bin/bundle file, and this prevented rpmbuild from succeeding.

So, I updated the spec file to do change the name of /usr/bin/bundle to /usr/bin/rvm-bundle, because the renaming was being done with /usr/bin/rake.
