Add ability to save certificates on the server

This seems to be a common request.

It would also mean the certificates would not change in the future due to dynamic content as we would serve the saved one.

Ahh! After Mark’s explanation in #262, I have understood that this issue is not about saving certificates to your local disk (which already works fine), but about saving generated certificates on server side.

I had not understood that from the issue title before, and now the description makes much more sense for me. :-) I’m leaving this comment because it may help others to better understand the issue.
