Counterhero command

I've seen other bots allows commands for a user to look for counters of a hero that's in a particular lane or position - so wondering if that could be included somehow. Ex: /counter Sniper offlane

I don't think opendota has an endpoint for this but stratz likely does. I'll look into this at some point in the future but got a lot of other projects taking my attention right now so might be a while.
