Fix emoticon gif opacity

Sometimes gifs generate without correctly doing opacity:

I looked at this for a while and couldnt make any progress. Command you can run is ?emoticon fandom_QCY_2_2, and the place in the code that calls gifsicle for this is in drawdota.py, in create_dota_emoticon.
