Improve MatchFilter item name parsing

Many many people have reported about the inconsistancy of item names working in the ?item command but not in any commands that use matchfilter. I should look into this again and see if theres a way we can make it a bit better about this. I think the system I build should allow this but i havent looked at it in a while.
