basic "formatting functionality" does not work with 2 properties applied (next-actions: [call, meet])

I am a beginner with both this plugin and CSS. Got it to work with formatting and "next-action" showing for "Jim" when I use "next-actions: call" or "next-actions: [call]". However, the functionality is "broken" when I use a second property, for example "next-actions: [call, meet]" Can you explain what could be the problem here?
