Breadcrumbs are not supercharged if using alias fields

Supercharged Links works really nicely with the Breadcrumbs plugin, except when the option to use an Alias Field is enabled.

When using this option and if there is an alias available, none of the attributes required to supercharge links (ie. data-link-tags) are attached.

This is a pretty minor issue, but I'm hoping there is an easy fix.

I think this is a bit too specific of an issue to address, as it is an uncommonly used feature in a semi popular plugin. If more people want this feature, let us know here.
