Postpending & prepending at the same time?

Everything's working nicely, apart from one thing. I would like to apply prepending and postpending for different criteria at the same time. But seems just to work for one. For example frontmatter value_A: 1 gets prepended with 1_ and frontmatter value_B: X gets postpended with X. There is no logical contradiction, but it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? I use Samsung S4 Tablet and all Software up to date. Suggestions welcome:😉

It works for me, but I've specifically disabled unneeded styling options, so prefix rules can only prepend and postfix rules can only append - so maybe that's why I had no issues
