table view list overlaps headings

When I scroll my list in tableview, the items list overlays the headings image

This is a display issue.

However, I should also mention that clicking on the note links doesn't do anything (ie, it doesn't open the note). There are no errors in the developer console. If I hover over the link, it does show the filepath.
