Touch/click event is not propagated on devices

I've searched through issues and it was marked as solved

However, on iOS 12 & 13 (safari & chrome) the first tap causes a hover event (the scrollbar appears and the child has the :hover css applied to it) and a second one fires the actual click handler on a child

Running into the same issue, happens on mobile chrome, firefox, safari.

If view area is enough for the content then it is fine, if it is not then the first touch shows the scrollbar and then the second touch triggers the click event.

I am also having this issue, if anyone has figured out a work-around for this that would be amazing. I am thinking about trying simulate a first click to make nav bar active. Any thoughts? @zecar @Exocomp @jd-0001
