Android autoscroll 8.0/9.0 issue

Having issue on latest androids, specifically latest android mobile phones. The one block that has class ps__scrollbar-y-rail has some wrong style: top param after keyboard shows/hides. As a result block autoscrolls to the top for couple of seconds and gets stuck in that position until i manually swipe down. I can reproduce this issue on Samsung Tablet Galaxy S3 in chrome every time, but it\s inconsistent among other devices (on samsung m20 it can be reproduced in 90% of cases also) Here are some screenshots:
