My perfectScroolbar is stuck on the left side.

I'm experiencing an issue with the PerfectScrollbar component in my project. The vertical scrollbar is rendered on the left side of the container, whereas the expected behavior is for it to appear on the right side.

Steps to Reproduce:

Integrate the PerfectScrollbar component into a container as shown below:

Observe that the vertical scrollbar is displayed on the left side of the container.
