No touch-scroll in Firefox when container is position:fixed

Thanks for making this script. I've been testing similar scripts all day and this is the one with best compatibility... just this one issue that I've found.

In Firefox on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 running the current Windows 10 creator's update, when the container element is set to position:fixed it is no longer possible to scroll using the touch screen. Instead of scrolling, the swipe action selects and highlights the content text. The other main browsers, IE11, Edge and Chrome all work fine in this situation.

I simplified the demo fiddle here to show the issue, but I guess one would need a touchscreen device with Firefox to check it with. You may also need to shrink the browser on the fiddle page so that the text is longer than the viewport.. thus ensuring the need to scroll.

I'd be happy to carry out any tests, just msg me. Rob

I've labelled this with status:help wanted for a while. I personally do not have Surface or any Windows touch device, so it's really hard to investigate this. I would do when possible, but any help will be thoroughly appreciated.
