MDB cannot work offline !! Remove jpg loading from js .

As far as i know all js lib works offline too. Please remove all online dependency for pro paid packages.

In latest MDB versions we use fonts form cdn so the package still needs an internet connection. In the case of sidenav img - it can be change to other.
