Can't Load Browser

Hello, good day I'm new to bootstrap, followed through with the training video but after writing all the codes I tried to load my browser to see what it looks like. I kept seeing this error message http://localhost:8080/ please how do I fix this?

Dea @kidzu99 , could you please attach a screenshot or detailed error from the console? (Setting -> More tools > Developer tools (Console tab)
