Inter-AZs

Hi Matt, thanks for the table. I was wondering if it'd be possible to publish one for inter-AZs as in many OLTP active-passive solutions organizations would use AZs vs regions. Thanks!

+1 for this suggestion. I agree that for many users it'll be very useful to monitor inter-AZ latency per region. Worth pointing out to use the numbered zone IDs rather than the lettered zone names (as different accounts may not share the same AZ name:id mappings)
