Vertical chest protection isn't working

Stacking chests on top of each other can't be protected by a single sign anymore.

Tested using 2.1.2

Same issue. Deadbolt v2.1.2 CB: This server is running CraftBukkit version git-Bukkit-1.2.3-R0.2-3-g7acc04c-b2063jnks (MC: 1.2.3) (Implementing API version 1.2.3-R0.3-SNAPSHOT)

Oddly enough, furnaces blocks seem to be fine.
