关于获取apk的start of central directory offset的逻辑

代码中是通过找出EOCD signature以后再找到Comment的长度最后再减去comment长度计算出Offset of start of central directory的偏移量。 我发现在获取了EOCD signature的偏移量以后直接加16位不就能直接得到Offset of start of central directory的偏移量的值了，为什么要绕一圈去计算comment的长度，这里有什么细节我没理解的吗？
