Connected but not receiving on subscibed topic

Same here. It's connected to the broker, but no messages arrive.

Elevation "play" is it normal? I provided a photo. If place my arrow II antenna on the antrunner it tilts about 10 degrees. Worried that is skewing it's ability to track.
