Remove getopt_long copy from glibc

getopt_long has been available since forever in glibc, *BSD as well as commercial Unix OS'es like Solaris/SunOS and IBM AIX. No need to include it.

Also remove the unused lib/scandir.c.

at this point you may aswell just fork it it seems like fsv is not actively developed
