Tried a quick POC on this and couldn't get Roku to show up from the webapp. I suspect there is some DIAL discovery issue but won't have time to dig...

In your `zappa_settings.json` you can just set use_precompiled_packages to false if you're trying to avoid lambda_packages entirely.

I do not plan to work on this. Go for it.
