Small bug: When adding an image to a content block with an empty asset library, cancel button closes the edit window

When editing a content block and trying to add image to content block - the error dialog pops up that there are no images in the asset folder and I should add some, and the only option is a cancel button. When the cancel button on the dialog is clicked, the whole edit panel closes, discarding any edits to the block

Expected behavior : Clicking close closes the error dialog, and allows user to continue editing (which is the behavior when user clicks anywhere outsite the dialog)

I just did a new install and this issue is still happening!
