Can you please provide more information? - Version of the app, what version of Android is on your phone.. have you had the app work in the past?

Right after installing the application. App version 0.10.0.754 Android 7.0 Meizu m5 note

I'm a little stumped on this one. I have a feeling it has to do with webview on your device, since it's quite a bit older, but I fired up Android 7 on an emulator and had no issues with the app. Can you please try clearing both the storage and cache for the application and reopening it? There's an account value showing in your screenshot, which tells me that you may have gotten into the server setup and got it authenticated at some point, maybe it had some corrupt data during a download.
