Site breaks if rooms are destroyed

If the web conference room of a user is removed, several pages related to the user will break, since they always assume the user must have a web conference room.

There are a few options to consider to fix this:

• Make the room optional, making the website work even if users/spaces have no web conference room;
• Create the rooms dynamically whenever they are needed and don't exist;
• Remove the options that allow admins to destroy web conference rooms in the management pages.
