Make the gem configurable

The gem already has a module @BigbluebuttonRails@ that can be configured using the method @setup@ (https://github.com/mconf/bigbluebutton_rails/blob/recordings/lib/bigbluebutton_rails.rb#L52). But this feature is still somehow hidden from the users.

The generators should create a configuration file with default values and comments and the documentation should be updated to include information about this.

Maybe also the methods @bigbluebutton_user@ and @bigbluebutton_role@ (see https://github.com/mconf/bigbluebutton_rails/blob/recordings/lib/bigbluebutton_rails/controller_methods.rb) that currently are included in all controllers could be moved to this configuration file.
