Increase the length of BigbluebuttonRoomOptions#background

This column is currently a varchar(255) in the database, but, since it should accept any URL, it would be better if it allowed more than 255 characters.

It would be good to also check if BigBlueButton/Mconf-Live accept long URLs when passed as background image.
