Non-responsive "enable microphone" button

Sometimes the user clicks on the headset icon and it doesn't get enabled nor disabled, the user cannot join the audio conference and must restart the browser to make it work. Need some investigation on it to be sure that it's not a bug, but since I've seen it happen in different PCs and different browsers/OS, I believe there's a hidden bug there.

Lowering the priority of this one. It should be tested on Mconf-Live 0.4 (based on BigBlueButton 0.81) to see if it still happens.
