Accept parameters in the "create" API call as data in a POST request

All parameters passed in the create API call are passed in the URL (GET), except the presentations (pre-upload of slides), if any.

The API should be able to receive all parameters via POST. So parameters with very long values (e.g. metadata) can be passed in the POST data.
