Increase the video resolution in the recording

Currently the webm file which is played back in the HTML5 player has always resolution 320x240, but when the user switch between the presentation and the video areas in the playback, the video quality degrade because it's exhibited in resolution 800x600. We should add some intelligence to increase the video resolution if we have a higher resolution video being shared (for instance, a 640x480 video), or multiple low resolution video shared, keeping the ceiling of 800x600.
