Missing tooltips in main footer buttons

Minimizing presentation window makes the tooltips in the footer buttons stop showing up. It goes back to normal when maximizing the presentation window again.

This bug is caused by the whiteboard toolbar that is not removed when the window is minimized. The same behavior can be observed when you shrink the presentation window and drag it to the bottom of the screen.
